By the time youth enter Harlem RBI’s TeamWorks program, they begin to prepare for the world of work. Our participants have the opportunity to take leadership roles, explore vocational interests and develop job readiness skills such as listening, speaking, decision-making and problem solving. Their skills are then implemented through an employment placement with one of Harlem RBI partners.

TeamWorks goals:

• Serve as positive role models for younger participants
• Learn job readiness skills
• Improve study skills, school attendance, and grades
